Shipping Policy

At Moon Valley Organics, we work hard to get your order
out the door as quickly as possible.

Free Shipping

Available on orders of $75 or more, after discounts
and before taxes, shipped within the lower 48 U.S. states.

Exclusions

This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S.
territories, or international orders. Standard shipping rates apply outside
the lower 48 states.

combined with subscriptions.

Shipping rates and free shipping offers are
subject to change.

Orders typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. During
November and December, processing may occasionally take up to 7 business days
due to holiday volume.

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of
USPS or UPS. While we do our best to pack and ship every order promptly,
carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or high shipping volume.
Delivery estimates provided by the carrier are not guaranteed.

If you need your package by a specific date, we recommend
selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout.

Moon Valley Organics is not responsible for packages that
are lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment or delivery. All shipping options
include insurance. If your package was shipped with tracking and is lost or
damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you
cannot locate it, please check with your mail carrier or UPS directly.

International Orders

Please allow 2 to 5 weeks for international delivery due
to customs processing and international shipping regulations.

Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and work hard
to craft items that are effective, sustainable, and made with care.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will issue
a full refund and provide new shipping labels for the products to be returned
to our company.

To request a return, please provide:

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Moon Valley Organics is excited to announce that we are
reformulating our current selection of Herbal Bar Soaps to bring a superior and
more sustainable product to our customers.

We anticipate our new bars will begin shipping in early
