Shipping policy

We like to keep it simple at Moon Valley Organics. We ship within 1-5 business days or your products are FREE. This doesn't include shipping charges. Through the holidays it can take up to 7 days. We are just a little company and will try as hard as we can.

 

Shipping time frames are guaranteed by the carrier of your choice, not by Moon Valley Organics. During COVID, we highly recommend ordering products and gifts in advance and that you anticipate longer than expected shipping time frames from carriers.

 

To our international customers: Please allow up to 2 weeks for product delivery due to international customs regulations.
